Randomization lists define the assignment of treatments to patients in clinical trials.
They are also the basis of IMP Label Printing.

Quite some time ago, I urgently needed a tool to generate and manage randomization lists. Since such tools are difficult to come by, I programmed it myself.

After successful implementation and validation, it was running for almost 15 years without being touched.

Just recently, I was asked to update it to run on Windows 10 / 11.

As a by-product, I now offer it for potential clients.

Randomizer is a vb.net application for Windows PCs.
Core of the application is a linear congruential random number generator.
Main objective is transparency. You could always verify the correctness of the random number generation and the randomization result with e.g. excel.
